The trustees of the church are in charge of taking care of the physical building we call First United Methodist Church as well as the church bus and van. They strive to be good stewards our beautiful church by supervising the groups who use our facility as well as the maintenance. They hope to create a safe and pleasant space for worship and fellowship.
The ministry of the Finance Committee is to nurture the financial vitality of the congregation. They work creatively to create and manage the church budget. It is more than fundraising, it is also about being good stewards in all that God provides.
Staff Pastor Parish Relations Committee
This committee is more than just responsible for hiring staff for the church. They are the listening ear between the congregation, staff and pastor. They supervise and evaluate staff members as well as serve as a point in which to help resolve conflicts between any of these parties. For more information about this committee, contact Richard Hess.
